POSITION : Receptionist/Administration Clerk (B2)

DEPARTMENT : Supply Chain –  Durban DC

PURPOSE OF THE JOB APPLY HERE

To complete all the administrative tasks of the Distribution Centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order and stock controlReception (manage the switchboard and receive guests and visitors)Office administration (including faxing, filing and post)Purchase of office consumables (stationery, tea and coffee)Administration of supplier documentationQuality control of GRVsSourcing and following up on Supplier quotes and invoicesHealth and Safety InductionAd hoc tasks as required

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Distribution Centre environmentProficient in MS Word, MS Excel and G-suiteFully bilingual (English and isiZulu)Willing to work P40 (includes weekends)Competencies required: Planning, Organising and Control; Communication: Build and maintain relationships; Detail orientation; Stress tolerance and Confidence and Service orientation
