We have an exciting opportunity for a young and energetic person to join our Contact Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Someone who can deliver high-quality customer service by finding the right vehicle that suits the needs of our customers through a lead qualification process
Someone with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
Excellent telephone mannerism and listening skills
Someone with a passion for the telephone
Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

Further requirements:

Grade 12
Valid SA Driver’s License
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Previous vehicle sales and Customer service experience preferred
